Don’t think about the result

One of the best pieces of advice for overcoming anxiety on exam day is to not think about the result. This can be easier said than done, but it is important to remember that the outcome of the exam is out of your control. All you can do is focus on doing your best and trust that everything will work out in the end.

Try to stay in the present moment as much as possible and focus on the task at hand: writing the exam. If your mind starts to wander, gently bring it back to the present and continue with your work. Trust that you have prepared well and that you will do your best.

Sleep well at night before the exam

The night before the exam is crucial for getting a good night's sleep. Here are some tips to help you sleep well:

1. Establish a regular sleep schedule and stick to it as much as possible in the days leading up to the exam.

2. Avoid caffeine and other stimulants in the evening.

3. Create a relaxing bedtime routine including winding down for 30 minutes before sleep.

4. Keep your bedroom dark, quiet, and cool to promote optimal sleep conditions.

5. Get up and move around every few hours during the day to keep your body active and alert.

Stay energized on the exam day

It is very important to stay energized on the day of your IIT JEE or NEET exam. Here are a few tips to help you do just that:

1. Get a good night's sleep before the exam. This will help you to be alert and focused on the day of the exam.

2. Eat a healthy breakfast on the day of the exam. This will give you the energy you need to focus and do your best.

3. Take some time to relax and clear your mind before the exam. This will help you to be calm and collected when you sit down to take the test.

4. Make sure you have all of the supplies you need before the exam so that you can focus on the task at hand.

5. Take a few deep breaths before beginning the exam to help yourself relax and focus.

Reach the exam center early

It is completely normal to feel anxious on the day of a big exam like IIT JEE or NEET. One of the best things you can do is to reach your exam center early. This will give you time to relax and get into the right frame of mind for the exam. It will also allow you to familiarize yourself with the surroundings and reduce any last-minute nerves.

Once you're at the exam center, take some deep breaths and try to focus on positive thoughts. Remember that you have prepared well and that you can do this. Trust in your abilities and believe in yourself.

If you start to feel overwhelmed during the exam, take a break if possible. Step out of the room for a few minutes, or put down your pen and close your eyes for a minute or two. Taking some time to regroup will help you refocus and finish strong.

Have a positive attitude

It is very important to have a positive attitude on the day of your IIT JEE/ NEET exam. You should believe in yourself and your ability to do well on the test. Do not let any negative thoughts enter your mind. Be confident and upbeat, and tell yourself that you can do it!

Time Management

One way to manage your time and reduce stress is to create a study schedule and stick to it. This will help you make the most of your time and focus on what's important.

Read the question carefully and Start with easy questions first

Reading the questions carefully is one of the most important things you can do on exam day. If you don't understand what a question is asking, you're likely to get it wrong. So take your time and read each question carefully before answering.

Starting with the easy questions first is also a good strategy. This will help you get into a rhythm and build your confidence for the more difficult questions that follow. Plus, if you run out of time, at least you'll have attempted all of the easier questions.

Don’t overthink and follow an exam strategy

It's natural to feel anxious on exam day. After all, you've spent months (or even years) preparing for this moment. But try not to overthink it. Instead, follow a simple strategy: get a good night's sleep, eat a healthy breakfast, and arrive at the exam center with plenty of time to spare.

If you can do those things, you'll be in good shape to take the test and do your best. So don't overthink it - just follow the plan and you'll be fine.
